Am I remembering my history wrong? - I thought Cornwallis sent out a representative to surrender and Washington had one of his lieutenants accept the surrender sword.

I don't care how anyone "ranks" the presidents. Trump is the only President we have. The rest or no longer in power and most of them are dead. Ranking them doesn't give them a medal and doesn't affect which one was better than the others.
