Diddy found GUILTY of transport for prostitution, NOT GUILTY on the more serious charges.

My guess: Guilty on all counts

ETA: counts 2-5. Think the racketeering is meh.

Apparently the judge has sent the jury back to continue deliberating count 1.

Dude is a giant POS and into some of the weirdest shite, but I just don’t see how the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt, that he committed those crimes he is being charged.

They hit hard on a lot he did outside the actual charges, but from what I’ve read from courtroom reporters, there is a lot of doubt vs the actual statute.

It is weird they would be hung on the racketeering though, and find him not guilty on the rest.

Whole thing is crazy

The prosecution focused on the sex parties. I guess that got them headlines, but it was obvious he was leading a criminal enterprise. Racketeering should have been the focus.

Obvious to who? Care to elaborate?

But the crimes were getting drugs for the orgies and bringing in stunt cocks for the orgies.

Obviously, I didn’t watch the whole thing. In fact, I just got blurbs here and there. However, from what I did hear, it sounds like all these women did everything they did completely voluntarily. and, they consented to everything. It was some sick shite, but he didn’t force anyone to do anything. These women just liked being around all that money and power - especially the money. And now that they’ve been discarded, they are pissed and want some sort of revenge.

I just couldn’t see how it was illegal. Sick, twisted, and demented? Absolutely.

In hindsight was it degrading, humiliating, and demeaning? No fricking doubt.

But it just seemed like it was completely consensual.

Again, I didn’t see all the testimony or any evidence. So maybe there’s something in there showing that he forced people to do this shite. But they seemed to be there voluntarily just because they wanted to live the high life using Diddy’s money. There's nothing illegal about that.

Having said all of that, obviously him dragging his girlfriend out in that hotel by her hair and punching her is a crime. Therefore, if it’s not subject to the statute of limitations, he should be tried for some sort of domestic abuse. But I don’t even think that should’ve been used during the trial for the rest of the charges. It seems to be more prejudicial than probative.

Am I just dumb or didn't they return guilty on all those?

Likely sent the jury back with an Allen aka dynamite charge to "force" them to reach a verdict OR deadlock on the remaining counts.
