I'd contribute to his defense fund

it was heat of moment/passion killing, he promise he won’t do it again.

One less piece of crap to worry about, he is a good father

Prison usually takes care of this stuff.

I'm not saying this guy is wrong for killing him, I think every sane dad would have murderous thoughts. But if we all step back for a second, I'm sad that he's now going to go to jail for the rest of his life. This now takes away time he could have with his daughter/kids.
Again, I might do it too if I were in his shoes... but also, you don't wanna give up the future time you might have with your daughter and other kids.
Just a rough story. Sad there's shitheads out there that do weird things to kids.

I'm not justifying anything, but what is missing from this story is what the victim went through for the last 12 years.
That's unlikely to be made public, but Dad clearly decided 12 years of prison wasn't enough to make up for that.

Let the jury decide. I like his chances.

I'll through some funds on his commissary account.

That’s called “getting Plauched.”

Dude had 12 years to plan and still couldn’t get away with it.

Jury nullification.
The guy is an asset to society.

What state? That could make a huge difference.

Hopefully it ends that way for him and he gets off. Child milestone got what he deserved and it would suck if this guy went to jail and his daughter had to live without him.
