I vividly remember this too haha. Pretty sure it was the first game at the new Box. I was there.

Matt Clark is my favorite player
Im on the younger side so the home run he hit to beat kentucky is the first one I remember even though I was 9

Honestly surprising low numbers with the orange stealth at their disposal.

Grant Dozar was very good in high school. Very cool to see him play at LSU being from the same hometown. Me and him had some battles throughout our childhood.

I still have a red 33/30 stealth. Black and gold 32/29 stealth. Such good bats

I seent it with my own eyes. I told my dad right before he came up to bat he was gonna hit one and my dad called bullshite and then it happened lol. Also Nick Pontiff is forgotten as a very clutch player for us off the bench.

I wish I had videos from the 08 and 09 seasons of guys like Matt gaudet, Taylor Davis, Nicholas pontiff, beau didier and even Chad jones hitting homer

I forgot that Clark hit the Manny Ramirez arms up celebration after hitting that.
The 08 team was so fun to watch once they got rolling, it felt like they just couldn’t lose.

Had to have a set of nuts on you to play the corners in those days. Ball had to be coming off 100-115 with that thing. May be the hottest bat of all time.

If they are in good condition they go for a pretty penny nowadays

I’m sure they still have some pop. The grip on my red one is changed though
