38 IP and 56 Ks suggests he’s got pretty good stuff. So does the 2.37 ERA obviously.

I really love jay’s approach to the portal and how he targets pitchers from teams we’ve played against. Up close and personal

CJJ's intentionally schedules by prospect. Get 'em on campus. See 'em in action. He's a year ahead of errrbody else.

Stick the knife in and twist it for good measure.

Arkansas is a really good program, but it's pretty clear where you need to go if you're pitchers these days.

Stanford righthander Joey Volchko, one of college baseball’s most tantalizing arms, has entered the NCAA transfer portal after two seasons with the Cardinal. He’s done so with a do-not-contact designation, a move that typically signals either a predetermined destination or a desire to control the flow of communication through his representation.

I wonder if Jay is on this guy?

JJ is the man, but this kid was a freshman this year. When was the series scheduled? Did he scour every D1 team’s freshmen HS highlights to determine who’d they schedule in out of conference? Of course not.
