I ask because it appears the Gina Wilson Green house is for sale in BR. 2151 Stanford Ave? I don’t know if I could buy a house with that kind of history. I guess it would be one thing for me if it was a one-off killing…but a home lived in by the victim of an infamous killer might be a bit much for me.

I would if it came with a killer discount.

Not that I'm aware of.

It was for sale when I moved to BR and it was dirt cheap for the neighborhood. I had considered putting in an offer but the address was vaguely familiar.

After I googled I decided against it. Derrick Todd Lee hadn't been caught yet.

People die at home all the time.

Not counting the murders I've committed myself?

I didn’t compare, but it’s listed at 280K. I’m not too up to date with BR real estate, but I feel like that’s low for the area.

Not sure if this counts, my cousin bought the house across the street where he was living with his parents, when the owner committed suicide. House never went to market.

Guess it freaked out the next door neighbor, because he put his house up for sale really soon after. So my younger cousin bought the house next to his brother. Ended up being good starter houses for both.

It was very inexpensive for that area in 2002/2003. Can't remember asking price back then.

Not a murder house, but the first house Mrs poppa and I had was a suicide house. Lady locked her 2 kids in their bedrooms, then shot herself through the neck in her bed. I cleaned up the blood and patched the bullet hole in the wall.

A friend owned the house at the time Jodi Arias murdered her boyfriend (he was renting it). The house is located in Mesa, AZ.

Imagine a girl rushing Chi-O at FSU knowing you'd have to live in a house where Ted Bundy went ape shite. All they did was remodel the exterior.

Tyler, Texas - son pushed mama down the stairs to her death

We found where the son had a compilation of mama's assets (in the back of a closet in the corner).

$200/sq ft is definitely cheap for the area

There is one for sale up here. They changed the house number but people know the house. It is a murder that shocked that town.

I remember the murder-suicide house of the doctor in Willow Grove stayed on the market a long time and price kept dropping.
