Kudos to the fans for the show of confidence. It could only have helped him in making 3 tremendous plays in the field tonight, all in leverage situations

Huge in defense and Coastal knows they can’t beat him with a bunt. Rocked a ball to RF too, maybe the bat is coming around.

People have been riding him for his bat. I have been frustrated with his bat. His glove is just exceptional and it was on full display tonight.

His play late in the game was the best defensive play of the game/LSU MCWS to this point.

Braswell was a stud defensively.

Doug Thompson in maybe the 8th inning said, (paraphrasing) "right now Braswell is my MVP based on his defense"

Everyone behind the team dugout was cheering for Braswell tonight. It was good to see.

I thought the Tre Morgan play on the bunt against WF was incredible. Although this one wasn’t as flashy, it may have been an even better play overall because the ball didn’t travel nearly as far, so Braswell had to cover more ground. The difference is that the play was at first instead of home, so he did have more time. But geez…that’s probably a base hit against any other 3rd baseman.

We usually only focus on how many RBI’s or hits a guy has, but Braswell certainly saved a few runs from possibly scoring

morgan's play directly saved a run, so that is a notch above braswells defense tonight, but braswell's defense tonight was elite
