Iranian Air Force that ineffective?

All that shite talking they have done for decades and they were rendered useless in less than a week as Israeli jets are flying unchecked through Iranian airspace. How does this happen?

It’s hard to put into words just how wide the gap is between an F35 and an F14.

I don't think they have an air force any more. What they had was probably significantly inferior to your average air national guard in the US. This is true for most countries.

Someone posted on the OT the other day an image of all the flights that were going around Iran air space, with the exception of 1.
Im guessing that 1 made it and only emboldened everyone else tying to shut Iran the frick up.

Don’t be fricking stupid. Compared to the F35, the F14 is a sling while the F35 is a rifle.

I don’t think people truly understand the gap in technology and capability between our military and everybody else.
We got bogged down in nation building and insurgencies, but in terms of nation states, nobody can really stand up.
The F-35 has been flying unchallenged in Iranian airspace since the jump. We sell the F-35 but we refuse to sell the F-22 so chew on that.
Hell, unless I’m mistaken, the F-15 is undefeated and that’s the a generation older.
