are baseball and football the only two sports where a windmill is appropriate? we need to incorporate wherever we can.

That was me in my living room. My wife was giving me shite (this is our first year together and she hasn't seen me in Omaha form). Then they cut to CJJ and he was doing the same thing...I used to coach youth ball, and got really into the clutch situations... I told her old habits die hard.

I knew a little league softball coach that did that on just about every hit ball. Had to have shoulder surgery after the season.
