It’s up there with the Wake Forest game. Not saying it’s better than the Wake game, but in terms of emotion and excitement it’s up there

Wake is #2 behind Morris's walk off. That team was unbelievable. The play by Tre in the 8th was flat out legendary.

Instant classic for sure. It was a pitching matchup until it wasn’t, and both teams started throwing haymakers in the last couple innings with LSU delivering the final blow.

This was a great game but the Wake game was better for me because you had no margin for error with Skenes and Lowder and the stakes were so high, with it being an elimination game. You could feel the pressure building and building until an explosion of emotions with the White homer. This game was awesome to be sure but not quite as good as that one.

If LSU wins the championship it will be forever part of the LSU baseball lore. If not, it will be lost in the shuffle with many other great but ultimately meaningless games!

Absolutely no way. That wake game was the culmination of them sending us to the losers' bracket and we fought our way out. That game is the only game in LSU baseball history that has an argument against 1996 Miami.
