Back in March Tusli said they haven't activated their nuclear program that was suspended in 2003 but had more uranium than a peaceful nuclear program would have.
BTW, no one has to publicly state they activated their nuclear program to continue building nukes underground.
Not saying they are building nukes underground, but Tuslis comments from march doesnt actually dismiss the danger.
