If that's it for Eyanson, how do you handle the bullpen?

Get ultra aggressive with your very best to get into the all important winner's bracket?

Is Evans good for a 50-60 pitch stint? You win you're not playing again until Thursday.

i’d start with this attitude, knowing that if he gets into early trouble you can pull the plug and try to distribute pitch counts evenly and see what happens. keep as much powder dry as possible

Wiliams has been pitching great lately. With all the lefties stacked in their lineup, I'd give him the ball.

He threw 44 pitches. That’s right on the limit for considering the possibility of bringing him back Wednesday. Also, if you run him out Wednesday, that’s it for him except for maybe a close it out for 1 inning type deal in the championship series.

For this game, I would consider running out Cowan or Williams to see what kind of stretch we can get, and then bring in Evans or Shores to slam the door. I really would love a spot to be able to bring Myers in too….

You go with Cooper Williams with ucla lefties with a quick hook if he can’t hold but he’s been proven to very solid especially of late . Love the matchup would have Shores and Evans up next .

Cooper Williams then have Shores & Cowan finish it.

I kinda like the idea of bringing in Shores and seeing how long he can go and what happens. If we open up a larger lead, then we can save Evans. If Shores becomes ineffective, and/or the game stays close, then we close with Evans

Treat it like a rubber match game I guess. Send someone out there with the mentality like they’re starting the game for you and shoot for 50 good pitches out of them and go from there.
