I have many questions. Two of my bigger ones are below. Please help me understand how you understand. I am fascinated by peoples’ different ways of thinking.

1. How do Creationists reconcile its incestuous design (brothers and sisters required to make babies to create the world’s population)?

2. How do Evolutionists rationalize the (incomprehensibly) the amazing design of life (when I think of all of the chemistry, physics and humanness in this system of life that enables me to post this and you to respond (from existence of photons and wavelengths of light to your occipital lobe of brain existing to accept it, ascribe meaning to it and your human body and experience to respond to it - I ask - just random chance, aye?). How dat is?

Share dat thinking on these ?s please.
Most appreciated.

You raise good points, but the missing closed parenthesis in this paragraph is throwing me off.

If I'm correct, scripture does indicate multiple sons and daughters born to Adam and Eve. Their son Cain, was banished to Nod, where there were people. This was east of Eden. Incest was not forbidden until the time of Moses, so it was acceptable prior. How do I accept this?

I simply do.

Millions of years.

We’re amazed with ourselves at our level of understanding. But what the universe really is is beyond our comprehension. Amazing as we think we are, what else is out there that our primitive brain can’t reconcile?

Adam and Eve didn't have the genetic defects we have today. There were several generations after the curse that didn't have the risk of genetic defects we have today.

If that’s a problem for you, you need to talk to some kind of pastor or priest and have them explain it.

If it’s not, then you can accept both to be true.

This issue exists no matter how you believe we started.

What's to reconcile?

If we assume the Adam and Eve story is literal, and not allegorical, what is the point of your question?

Creationist answer: the wavelengths of light provided your life design (the eye) to capture dat light and occipital nerve to send chemical process to your brain’s occipital lobe to deconstruct that chemistry and other brain parts to re-construct it into chemistry that your human design ascribes meaning to. And your amygdala to get pissed off that a man made construct called a parentheses, that should have open and closed ends, but did not, creating the emotion that drove your response…and stop there…excluding all of the musculoskeletal, endocrine, cardio vascular, and central nervous system collective coordination to have you express your displeasure with my post. And she ate the apple part of course.

Dat a sister accepted sperm of her brother (repeat, rinse, repeat again and again) to create you (and me). Yikes.

Dat is the point of my question.

Should you? If qualified as forbidden (ever)…

If point A leads to point B, there is a relationship. No genetic defects on one end of timeline leads to genetic defects on other end of timeline. Worthy of questioning, no?
