I have heard that 20 ounce and 32 ounce have same amount of protein for gladiator. Just more ice in 32 ounce
Does the bigger 32 ounce have more of the addditives such as almonds, berries etc or is that the same as well?

No, I haven't worked there.
There is a Smoothie King in New Iberia.
I have a friendly relationship with the owner of Planet Nutrition on Admiral Doyle. They get my business.

According to Smoothie King's website, the 20oz 32oz and 44oz have the same grams of protein.

I've not been to one in a long time, but I don't ever remember a difference in the scoops for either size, so my bet would be the protein isn't changing, since it is an additive. The larger size is just the difference in smoothie ingredients.

Make your own shakes. There’s your solution.

Smoothie King should be called Sugar Protien
Posted on 6/13/25 at 2:54 pm to tigerskin
Smoothie King is mostly just sugary garbage. You’re better off making smoothies at home with blow sugar ingredients.

Gladiator Chocolate says 0 grams sugar
Yes it has Sucralose. Not a lot of protein powders don't have it

The Gladiator was my go to back in the day so it’s probably the best option on their menu. But, I found that making smoothies at home worked out better for me trying to hit the exact macros I was aiming for from a smoothie.

Look at this dummy that pays 15 bucks for a banana and a scoop of protein powder
