The police , national guard, marines, marshals, deputies, soldiers, and qualified citizens need green light on baton, night stick, club use

Would be fun to see if somehow all "technology" was blacked out for about 30 minutes and thus no cell phone cameras worked and them ol boys hopped out of those HV's and took care of business.
