Crews a bust?

Almost a month and he still hasn't even begun baseball activities? Most sportswriters are saying he just wasn't ready for MLB.

His batting average is .196. I want to say he struggled his first 15-16 games, but since then, if you exclude those first 15-16 games he would be mid to upper .200. He is on a 10 day IL, but to say he is a bust..

You remember how Alex Bregman started? Dude had a historically bad start to his MLB career and Crews got to the show faster.

The guy is top 2-3 LSU players ever, how he does as a pro has no bearing on how I view him.

Never said he should hang it up, but he was frequently compared to Wyatt Langford and as yet Langford is a far better overall player. Players have slumps but Crews couldn't do shite with MLB pitching this season.

As mentioned, baseball is hard as frick. Not every 18-22 year old has the light go on for them immediately. Btw, all those guys are in the HoF now but I'm sure you knew that.
