Crappy asphalt job at U-Club entrance

Is it me, or did LADOTD do a really crappy job on that patch of asphalt on Highway 30 at U-Club?
Dare I say, I think it is worse than the potholes they intended to fill.

LADOTD was picking up road debris on the shoulder of the Grosse Tete I-10 overpass this morning. This was long overdue. As traffic slowed due to their presence I observed two DOTD goons out in front casually talking to one another without a care in the world. The driver of the debris truck was frantically trying to get their attention to keep moving forward and get the rest of the shite loaded so they could move forward. Could you imagine working with this department?

Who cares? U Club is full of nothing but wanna be's that can't afford the Country Club. That's why they exile themselves to BFE. Takes forever to get anywhere from there. Plus the exit is suicide city due to all the speeding traffic you have to jump in front of get out of there.
