Psaki took over MSNBC’s coveted 9 p.m. ET timeslot on Tuesday through Fridays last month as "The Rachel Maddow Show" returned to only airing on Mondays, after Maddow temporarily returned to airing five nights a week during President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office.

"The Briefing with Jen Psaki" averaged 971,000 total viewers from its May 6 debut through May 28, shedding a staggering 47% of the audience that Maddow and Alex Wagner pulled in at 9 p.m. ET throughout 2025.

Psaki has also hemorrhaged viewers from the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults aged 25-54, averaging 78,000 for a 52% drop compared to the 161,000 demo viewers that Maddow and Wagner averaged on Tuesday through Fridays at 9 p.m. ET before the former Biden spokesperson took over.

Jen is actually a brilliant mind and extremely profound in her abilities. Sometimes you wish she was on our side.

She gets a pass from me as one of the most capable communicators of our time.

She is just a Nazi wish she was our Nazi!

Equals 0.00023 percent of the population tuned in to peppermint patty. Why are we even discussing her?

The dems are shedding support like no other. Midterms may be even worse for Dems than this last presidential election.

She may well have "a brilliant mind" but as I recall......mea culpa if wrong.... she's always ridden her father's coat tails professionally. He's a big DNC supporter. And she lied.....a lot. Even now.

She is a habitual liar. She is incapable of telling the truth exceeded only by the John Deere toilet brush that succeeded her.

There's a youtube channel that shows balls bouncing. That's all. It averages more viewers per video than her.

We're not discussing her. We're mocking her.

I think it confirms what most knew—the viewership of that show on that outlet consists mostly of far left viewers. Their bell cow for radical left talking points left the platform and so did her viewers. Jen is more mainstream than Madow, believe it or not , and as a result the loons don’t want watch her.

Eh maybe but in terms of bringing in viewers, even Dems would rather watch paint dry.

Although wrong all the time, at least Maddow was entertaining.
