I'm traveling to Chicago soon and have been trying to make of list of the best things to do. This will be my first time in Chicago so please give me some recommendations. Here is the list I have so far.
Over Grinder (for deep dish pizza)
Starbucks Reserve
Fulton Market in the west loop
Cindys Rooftop Bar
Navy Pier (not sure if this is worth it?)

If Starbucks is 2nd on your list of things to do, you will love Navy Pier.

Three Dots and a Dash is you’re into Tiki at all. Had a great time there a few weeks ago

Solid but Pequods & Lou Malnati's if you really want deep dish.

Tons of great restaurants and bars here.

Definitive Chicago Thread / Guide
Everything you probably need/want is in there. Happy to answer any questions in that thread (or this, I suppose, but it would help if others can refer back to a single thread for similar questions that might be asked).

That's right this is an added no-brainer!

Game at Wrigley…take the train there with all the fans. Great atmosphere and tons of bars around the stadium. Murphys Bleachers was awesome
Architecture boat tour
Check out the Museum of Science and Industry. Huge museum with a bad arse U-Boat tour

^^this
day game at wrigley is a must, you can also grab seats along the 3rd base line so you're not in the sun all day. take the train to get there early and enjoy a beer in Wrigleyville.
also 100% agree with the boat tour and the museum.
so many great restaurants....the girl and the goat if you can get in.
Gibson's is a well known steakhouse, but the list of great restaurants is endless.

We did an architectural boat tour. It was very interesting and fun way to see the city. Would recommend.
