Solid food and good bands usually. It’s my favorite DTB festival.

In Larose?

While there make sure you make the trek around the corner to the Lick Da Fess monument.

At first I was gonna make a joke.... But I bet #3 makes a fine gravy and got that mythological level thing on her.

Eta: this will not stand.... I can't direct link their photo.

If you like food, you are going to the right place.

At least the festival is in late October so it should be decent weather.

It does suck that it is in the middle of football season, so I usually miss it.

You know the food is good when the queens are also plump.

Not really except on Sunday when the Levee Band plays.

Lots of cover bands. In the early 2010’s, they had an idea to bring in a “big act” and charge a cover on the Thursday night called French Food Festival Rocks. They got Bret Michaels of Poison and charged 40 dollars in 2014. The year before they had a former member of Journey and Zebra perform.
