Extremely talented band, and does not get the credit they deserve! Their live recordings are among the very best!!

Some great ones listed. One of my favorite more modern bands that just consistently delivers.

This is from the Muscle Shoal's Documentary. If you've never watched it before, it's worth the two hours. This bit talks about the origin of "Southern Rock" when Wilson Pickett Covered the Beatles "Hey Jude" with Duane Allman on the guitar. It's a very interesting 2 mins from the film...

Clutch is stoner rock. They're also from Maryland. They definitely have some influence in Southern Rock, though, and have leaned that way more recently.
