You are selling something that doesn't belong to you. I know you have to follow fda laws and whatnot but how is it legal for me to just find a pond and fill up some bottles and sell them?
Water doesn't belong to anyone.
Water doesn't belong to anyone.

They use free water to make bourbon, therefore I shouldn't have to pay for my whiskey.

I just can't grasp the concept. It's like selling air.

Ok liberal
Air doesn’t belong to anyone but if I put it in a bag it’s my air
And if nestle drains a water reservoir in Africa to sell the water to rich Europeans it’s nestles water

Do you think it should be illegal to sell gas?

A water well that a utility company paid to have drilled belongs to said utility.

They make gas. If it occured naturally then I'd have a problem with it.
