Has his son said anything like this yet?

Every decision Trump makes he doesn’t like is bc of his advisors lol… or maybe these geo political crises are nuanced and not as black and white as this old drunk buffoon thinks they are?

Rand? Not sure. Ron did mention something about Rand fighting Lindsey Graham in the full interview. First reply is a NAFO troll in this tweet

"It didn't have to be this way. President Trump had the opportunity when first inaugurated to wash his hands of Biden's proxy war with Russia through Ukraine, but he could not resist intervening further.
Now as things are not going as planned, he is raging at both sides, attacking Putin and Zelensky.
Also today, Rand versus Lindsey on Russia secondary sanctions...who will win?"

He's right, Trump must realize that it's a lose, lose situation that the uni-party and cia left him with.
Not to mention, out side of the feds, a great majority of the country is against giving money to Ukraine while the GOPe tells us BBB is too expensive.

We need to get out. This is a war that doesn't concern us. It's only continuing is to launder money.

Our CIA briefs Trump and the DoD. What if they are briefing him into WW3?

Trump should hammer Congress every single day. Trillions per year in interest expense. Debt/GDP going up going up by 7% a year with no relief in sight. Having discussions about when we'll have to start cutting medicare and social security. But apparently no concerns about funding foreign wars that are not in our best national interest.

The weird thing is that Tulsi has taken over the Presidential Daily Brief content. Is she being also fed BS? If so, DC is beyond repair.

I mean trying to bring a peace deal will take more than the two sides.
Although I like Ron, he didn’t win the presidency. Trump did what he couldn’t. He has been in politics longer than Trump and even when multiple conflicts started.
Weird how Trump was in office for none of those, but the Pauls and Massies of the world were.
This is how his career has gone. Even proposed term limits while serving multiples of terms.

Of the 620 bills that Paul had sponsored through December 2011, over a period of more than 22 years in Congress, only one had been signed into law—a lifetime success rate of less than 0.3%

I just assumed in any case they routinely reviewed and updated the script and storylines.

Tulsi?? That is weird wild stuff.
That situation only feeds into extreme cynicism, doubts, and "conspiracy theories" that nothing is as it seems (and somebody has slammed the brakes on 'Plan A' , requiring a new script and storyline.)

In some cases, she can cross check what any particular intel agency is feeding in with the others.
It might not, in most cases, verify info. However, if there is an anomaly and single-source intel (as in one agency) that the others have no whiff of she can filter it out as the fed BS that you mentioned.
Since the CIA was feeding info from multiple directions into our gov't via multiple directions (FBI, politicians, courts, other intel) to push the Russia hoax they absolutely can not be trusted to be the filter for any broad briefing.
