Why do people mindlessly support every war we fight, and hate protestors ?

If I, or a family member, were fighting in a meaningless war like Vietnam/Iraq I would want people to protest to end the war and bring our guys home.
Vietnam was based on a false flag event, Gulf of Tonkin incident.
Iraq was based on the BS "Weapons of Mass Destruction" claims.
People default to " 'Merica !:" while blaring goofy country songs about how "We'll stick a boot up your arse" like a bunch of Low IQ sheep.
Eisenhower warned everyone about the insatiable appetite of the Military Industrial Complex but apparently people didn't listen.

The ironic thing is you’re acting like it’s rednecks (people on the right) when, for the most part, the hippies have become the party of war and govern me harder daddy.

I think that’s changed quite a bit the last decade.
The majority don’t support war blindly. They don’t want the US getting involved in the affairs of other countries. The majority don’t want American blood spilled by geopolitical chess players.

However, the majority of protests have an anti- American element that pervades the display. These protest attract the worst of our society. The Marxist, the commies, the deviants, dweebs, dorks, misfits and miscreants.

The protesters are often idiots who can’t articulate a realistic cause.
It’s a buncha unloved, lost souls searching for meaning.

Any particular reason you chose Memorial Day weekend to start this troll thread? The day is about honoring the men and women who died, not the wars they fought in. Although I’m not surprised you can’t grasp this simple concept.

I don’t think we’ll ever have to worry about you or any of your family having the balls to go to war.

Not based on The Bay of Tonkin, rather started by the Bay of Tonkin incident. This war was going to happen regardless of where or how it started.
The powers that be wanted it so. It was based on stopping evil communist Ho Chi Minh in the north from taking over the freedom lovin' south.

Vietnam was heavily protested. Nick Saban was locked in a gym with the other players at Kent State during the riots. I saw dozens of students signing up for the S.D.S. at USL (now ULL). Lots of young men ran off to Canada to avoid the draft. Those were real protests...not paid for stuff like we have today.

World domination never takes a day off…
Once you realize this and accept what our armed forces do to keep the American standard of living you will support our wars

Exactly. I've tried to make this point a couple of times on here, and I got CRICKETS both times. The Left was actually correct to protest the Vietnam War (started by Democrats), and the needless invasion of Iraq (started by Bush/Cheney). The Left was also correct in referring to Bush and Cheney as war criminals. Those two were and ARE war criminals.

But fast-forward 2 decades and the Left supports every evil thing our corrupt Political Establishment does. The Left has transitioned from PROTESTING THE MAN to PROTECTING THE MAN. Hell, woke-joke Lefties were ecstatic when Mr. MIC, Dick Cheney, endorsed Kamala Harris last year, along with his toxic little tater tot daughter Lizard Cheney.

Meanwhile, our side was endorsed by Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard. I'd say we won that little exchange.

(I wish I knew how to say this in a soundbyte).

My Grandfather fought in Europe in WW2 you dumbass.
I have no problem fighting for my country if it's justified.
You're a clueless moron if you don't realize that there are a lot of veterans of Vietnam/Iraq that are bitter that they lost their legs for no reason.
It's the people like you that mindlessly support every war that have never known anyone maimed in a mindless war.
Pussies like you are usually the most gung for other people to go die.

You know those peace loving hippies and lefties of the 1960s? Those people are pro-war Democrats now. The Democrats are the biggest war mongers in the country fighting any steps Trump is taking towards peace.

It’s a Catch 22:

The US usually sticks their nose into everybody else’s business…or others question where we are when we don’t.

I fought in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Even did some time in the lesser known conflicts in West Africa. I know more than you ever could about the uselessness of those wars. You have no idea what wars I support or don’t support.

That doesn’t change the fact that you started this troll thread on Memorial Day Weekend in some lame arse attempt to be edgy.

You simply don’t have the brain power or maturity to grasp the concept that the holiday isn’t about the wars, it’s about honoring the men and women who died in service for their country.
