That's smart because someone will be more likely to tell them to keep the change if they pay with a $5 bill than if it cost $1.50 and they are going to get $3.50 back. They should go up $0.25 to make it look like they put some thought into it.

Seems a reasonable price for a 10pm lemonade stand. Have to justify staying open that late somehow.
