The “that’s baseball” theory is a valid reason for run scoring droughts, but the number of ABs in this lineup that aren’t even competitive is alarming.
If I’m a 2 seed heading to BTR next week I’m licking my chops when I start putting together a scouting report for my pitchers.
Too bad because the LSU pitching as a whole is elite and championship caliber and is the sole reason they are ranked high.

If you’ve watched this team all year you would know we’ve hit the ball much better at home. I still like our chances to make a run in the postseason.

I mean. They could screw us and line us up with an SEC team for the Super. Other than that, we won't play a team as good as any other SEC team not named Mizzou or USC prior to Omaha. Go wipe the sand out your vag.
