The markup on cocaine sold in Miami vs what it cost to manufacture with cheap Colombian labor was phenomenal. If, and it’s a hypothetical, but IF cocaine and harvesting cocaine had been legalized, the market would have tanked. It could have simply been brought to market by competitors and the price would have dropped.

Point being, the system can change, and the same entities that can prosper off the old system, has to be able to adapt. Otherwise they wither on the vine. Whether you post on PT or you are Apple, adapt or let someone else prosper. We all have to change from time to time.

These idiots just don't know when to get out of the game with their billions.

That power and arrogance is their downfall every time.

Are you advocating that cocaine be made legal?

No, it was just a bad analogy. I had a business fail, a lot I could have done differently. But I’m not bitchin about it. It’s the nature of business, you adapt or you die.

If it were legal then Trump could slap one of his tariffs on it. We all know that's the best way to stop imports.

Thirty years ago I certainly would…

I personally thank GOD every day that I was not making big money back then. Cocaine was a great time. For me, the one drug that really hit the spot.

I regret nothing, but I’m glad those days are behind me.

Well some imports should die. Drugs like cocaine or opiates definitely shouldn’t be on American streets but there are other foreign products that shouldn’t be allowed sourced such as legal medicines products that can be obviously made here

How will people survive with tariffs on cocaine and $16k handbags? Trump is literally killing people.
