Netflix is terrible

Their whole premise is to put well known actors in terrible shows and movies. They’ll have 1 decent thing every 3 months. They basically killed what star power did to boost movies.

Prime and HBO will offer better movies/shows. Netflix only does well because their shows get “trendy” or “viral” due to the amount of people that are on Netflix tweeting or talking about certain shows

It’s no creativity just the same Gen Z slop with bland stories. I would have cancelled it a long time ago if I didn’t get it for free with T-mobile.

I wish the “star power” wasn’t a thing. There are plenty of great actors out there that can do fine jobs and wouldn’t be hired due to their name. The budget could be then put to better use than simply paying one person.

I spend more time sifting through all the garbage on Netflix than actually watching Netflix. Once I realized that I canceled it.

I like a lot of their foreign productions. Lots of good series coming out of Scandinavia. “Nordic noir” has become its own genre.

Cancelled about three months ago and don’t really miss it at all. Maybe I’ll join and binge tires but that’s about all. The content really did get stale the last couple of years.

They definitely seem to be going for quantity of content. Even the comedy specials seem to be high volume.
