I don’t understand why the FBI isn’t interviewing them.

This could end up being a huge problem for the DNC as an organization and their entire donor network depending on who ended up getting money from them.

There's plenty for probable cause where individuals found their names being used for donations when they did no such thing.
I'm guessing those individuals who were defrauded would have no standing in a federal court.
