Of all the places we wish to emulate, our government chose Mississippi. I guess it’s clear why Florida is kicking our asses now. We were on fire just a few years ago and the offices are held by the same people. Who is pulling the strings? What do Jeff Yass and Trey Harris have against THC?
Edit: MS has med >0.3% so Texas is standing alone as the most anti THC state in the nation.

What's the logic in that decision?

F*ck Dan Patrick. We didn’t get any action on property taxes, but by Gawd, we tackled the fake THC product problem!

They only “regulated” THC in Texas is their medical which is <0.3% and is not considered cannabis by any state or federal agency. The state, like all others adopted and regulated the Trump farm bill that singles out delta9 THC as cannabis and leaves the rest as hemp. Texas had a robust regulatory system with hemp products. They’re changing definitions again. I haven’t used THC in probably two years now but why would state, especially one bordering Mexico, hand this to the black market? You know how responsible those guys have been lately.

So, how does it ban THC products?

I know Alabama passed a bill that restricted THC products and where/when they can be sold, which the retailers association had a fit about...

I was sort of surprised things like the gummies were ever legal. I'm no teetotaler for sure, but have largely abstained from weed in my adult life. However, my brother n law gave us some gummies, and after a stressful event at work, my wife suggested I take one. Well, I took two. About an hour later I was walking around like a zombie I couldn't feel my limbs. Took me about 5 hours to to come down.

Does that include THCa? That seems to be what's popular in places without full legal weed.

Texans love to talk about small government and promoting freedom but the bible thumpers win out when it comes down to it.

Head up to the right side of the Red River to Oklahoma.

The other day in bought an ounce of 30%THC high test and 14 1g preroll js for $140 out the door.

We're living right up here.

Thca is the active part in legal weed. You’re thinking delta9 which is sold at gas stations and small shops.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this ban will be anything but effective.

you bunch of fern worms need to try not being chemically dependent. You don't need a chemical substance to deal with life.

Now, hand me my bottle of bourbon. I need a drink.

I just don’t understand Texas’ hard on for pot and gambling. I get the Christian history and current society but the push for full elimination is archaic.
