Look at how sad she is that she has to take her 3 anchor babies and go back to her country, and then try to come back legally.

If we're able to levy wage garnishments on illegals why not do it for all of them we know of on the books instantly as a deterrent?

To answer your question, yes. A couple of things jump out: First, she has an order to leave that she disobeyed. Second, she has been here 20 plus years and doesn’t speak a lick of English. Back she goes.

We should then we should backtrack and fine the business that is paying them

Illeglals get an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) to be able to work. We could easily see all sources of income from that.

There are people who are born here that don't speak English

We don't have an official language

If it were up to me, not only would her and her kids be deported, but every employer she's ever had would be getting audited for hiring illegals.

I mean it seems like a way to nudge people more to self deporting

Start garnishing 40% of their pay or something until they leave

English may not have been an official language until recently but it certainly is our common language that ties us together.

I can live in any country on planet earth and after 20 years, you can bet that I’d be able to understand and communicate in that country’s common language. I may not be proficient but I’d be able to communicate

"no one is above the law"

She was given here "due process" and was ordered to leave. She defied that order. Her plan was to wait it out as long as she could, then her defense was to cry that it is not fair and she has been here for 20 years......

Freeze her bank accounts, fine the bank they set up the account for an illegal, garnish her wages, fine the business that hired her will not being legal, deport her, and make the country she cam from pay for the plane ticket home.......

Of course

I've been in areas of TX though where there are entire communities that don't speak English

Those people tend to get by just fine

BS. They may predominantly speak Spanish/ Spanglish in those communities but they all can understand and speak English. You know why? The people you are talking about are Americans and as I said (that you ignored) English is still our common language that ties us together.
