Are we expecting any outcome from the Putin phone call today?

No idea what the outcome will be but Trump certainly has a great opportunity to be a crucial part of peace agreements with several conflicts
If he can thread the needle and pull these things off he will have saved his legacy

DJT? I did not realize he was already needing to “save his legacy”?
Seems like he has done a pretty damn good job overall so far with everything he has been trying to tackle throughout this country and the world.

Saved his legacy?
I don't give half a crap about Israel/Hamas/tUkraine/Russia compared to what he can change/accomplish domestically.
Trump's "legacy" should not be dependent on what other world leaders want to fight each other.

No.

He's already secured a legacy of top 5 president to date.

If he makes a deal with Putin, the left will say "you see. He was in Putin's pocket and he is obviously a Russian asset".

If resolving things in the middle east avoids us getting dragged into something else on Israel's behalf that will count as domestic for me

What? Your tds is unreal
The outcome should be the end of the war like every other call

Ahh, see, it doesn't have to be either/or... and **that** truth should definitely be a part of his "legacy".

You would have to be retarded (you are) to think otherwise

It is a smidge deranged to base one man's legacy off another man's actions. Don't you think?

President Trump just needs 24 hours to end this war. He told resting bitch face that, and campaigned on it.
He's had 3120 hours to bring this war to a close. You know, like he said he would. It'll happen in the next 24 hours, I'm sure of it. The next 24 hours is the 24 hours he meant when he said he would bring the war to a close in 24 hours.

Being as DJT is the only political figure in history to ever make a bold campaign pledge that ran into the details of reality, I guess you finally got him.

If Ron or Nikki were POTUS, we'd be at war over there literally RIGHT NOW.
So no legacy saving needed. If anything, he needs to completely change the GOP before he leaves. Because if an establishment republican somehow takes over the party after him, we're all fricked.

I don't mind that he talks shite, just like the rest. He's a politician.
But he's no closer to ending this war now (like he emphatically said he would) than he was 24 hours after he was elected. Also, since he made the minerals deal, he's back to arming Ukraine and sharing intelligence with them.
He made a big, beautiful promise to end that war. I'm just wondering when he's gonna follow through.

Trump can fail to accomplish peace in Ukraine, Gaza, Syria, and India/Pakistan and still have done more for the advancement of peace in the world. His predecessors actively promoted war and didn't even attempt peace.

He’s actually been trying.
That’s already significantly more than Biden or most others on the Dem or Pub side had ever done.

No. He's going to keep warring with Ukraine until he has it all.
