Is it possible to "give" somebody cancer or to make it spread faster than normal? If so, what would be the motivations here? To send a message? If so, who is sending the message?

The old saying about prostate cancer is, "You don't die from prostate cancer, you die with it."
Prostate cancer, in relative terms, is usually a very slowing growing cancer and older men are the usual patient. I'm of the opinion that they knew he had it a very long time ago, but his political team saw the potential repercussions of making it known publicly. It was a strategic political decision, plan and simple.

Biden supposedly had a colonoscopy in 2021 which was clear. Whether that's a lie, who knows, but his Staff's history isn't exactly truthful.
