Hunt uses RPI, Conference Record, Head to Head, Quad 1 wins / record, but only when it’s a convenient metric to argue against LSU. Clown

Has there ever been an instance where a 17 win and an 18 win team has gotten a top 8 seed over a 19 win team?

Pretty sure a 19 win team is 100% since they started seeding teams 1-16 like the current system. We are in

Texas has already won the SEC Championship ring.
Whoever wins the SEC Tournament is not SEC Champions. They are merely tournament champs.
The goal is, and always is, Omaha. Then win a ring there.

So ARK is ahead of us becuase they have 1 more SEC win. But Auburn is ahead of us with 1 less SEC win but they beat us head to head, and yet entirely ignore that we beat Ark head to head.

Being at 7 means that you’re at risk of a team coming up and grabbing it. You’re on the edge. Oregon State doesn’t have that opportunity, so that’s a plus. I wouldn’t say being at 7 is an absolute lock. Why would you consider it a lock?

LSU has 2 more conference wins that Auburn and 1 more than Vandy. Imagine the mental gymnastics it takes to put both of those teams as a national seed and leaving LSU out.
