Travinski, who joined Missoula in 2024 following a standout senior season at LSU, becomes the first PaddleHeads player from this year’s Spring Training roster to sign with an MLB organization. In 20 games for Missoula, he tallied 14 RBIs and 5 extra-base hits, showing versatility by playing both catcher and first base.

I'm a bit slow, but I assume this means he's with the Astros in their minor league farm/org, not actually called up to the bigs, right? In any case congrats to the big man. Was a good Tiger and a national champ.

Couldn't be a better dude. Good for him. Ive seen him pull up to a field in Bossier were special needs kids were playing on a Friday night and spend hours playing catcher and signing autographs just because he wanted to.

There’s some truth to this. Pearson, Frey, Braswell, Brown and Milam all seem to have some personality, but there is no one who jumps out at you as a leader like Gavin Dugas, for example.
