If I was Taylor Swift, I would tell her that she needs to start thinking about reinventing herself. Much like male performers who are known as teen idols , Swift's fan base is disproportionately teen and pre-teen girls.
The woman is pushing 40, and much like the case with male teen idols, her window is closing with regards to being able to appeal to this age group. There's a "new crop" of teens and pre-teens coming along all the time, and they are going to attach themselves to a much younger singer.
If I were her manager, I would recommend 1-2 punch of 1) acting, and 2) Las Vegas. I have no idea if she can act, but she could definitely do Vegas. Might have to start singing more mature songs, though.
