When you speak as much as she does, you tend to say a lot of stupid shite.

Time to unpack the court. Let's pick four of them to layoff.

Without Congressional intervention, the Justice Branch will soak up as much power as it can. One district judge is more powerful than the entire executive branch or anything less than two thirds of Congress. It's not just Jackson, btw.

Thanks, Brandon.
This is what happens when DEI takes an idiot who should be a house maid and puts her on the Supreme Court.

This is what it boils down to, and the decision seems to be obvious.

Let's take this to its completely absurd conclusion. In the last few months, the Democrats, through Lawfare, have filed hundreds of lawsuits, many of which contain requests for nationwide injunctions. They do this in the most politicized and biased jurisdictions in the country knowing that typically one of 10 scumbag District Court judges is going to magically be assigned to the case.
On top of that, in the average year, the Supreme Court only accepts a handful of cases.
So, what this ignorant f*cking DEI failure is suggesting is that the Democrats should be able to keep up this insane lawfare, having completely biased and politicized filth as judges issue nationwide injunctions, while knowing the Supreme Court will only be able to get to a handful of these cases in any particular year.
There is no f*cking way that either this completely incompetent fricking DEI moron or the Ignorant f*cking Latina have a combined IQ over double digits.

Oh I have zero doubt that Brandon and all radical Leftists are extremely pleased with the results of getting an activist successfully placed on the Supreme Court.

They all know that would take more than rulings from robed tyrants and words on paper, and may be the one thing that would unite vast numbers of people they desperately want to continue fighting each other, rather than have them both fighting the federal government. Roberts pisses his pants every time marxist democrats pay a few protestors to show up outside the Supreme Court. Can you imagine how he would react when 10,000 black and white 2A proponents showed up? They'd be calling the national guard.

Did she not deflect a question from her confirmation hearing about even knowing what Article 2 was about? IIRC, her answer was something like "Senator, I am not familiar with that" when asked about one of the Articles in the Constitution.

We will have perilous times on our own soil the day there are 5 of her ilk on the Court. (No, as shaky as Roberts and ACB are, we’re not there, yet.)
