Luthor hating Superman because he's an alien. Superman using his powers to do the right thing, even if it pisses off governments. Superman getting his arse kicked, but then coming back and winning because that's what he does. Corny Midwestern stuff with Ma and Pa Kent. That's the kind of shite I want to see in Superman. This looks great.

I don't know a whole lot about Supes other than basically what everyone else knows but I'll say the trailer definitely has me wanting to see it opening night. Also Krypto being in this is still so odd to see yet I'd expect nothing less from James Gunn including something like that

And I’m going to add that Superman isn’t Superman without the John Williams theme. It just completes everything and takes everything up a few notches.
