I don't know, but when in doubt it's probably always a safe bet to go with a racial incident. Ironically, we've had several lately (Frisco, Temple University, etc.), but those incidents haven't "fit the profile" because the perpetrators were black. And, of course, those weren't even false flags. Sadly, they were actual events.

Again, let's hope we're wrong. I'll be honest.
