Was watching live and it looked like he got the ball stolen fair and square and just busted.
Didn’t see a twist, bad plant, or contact that caused it.
Not making light if he was legit injured. Just didn’t see what made it that bad.

That was my thought as well.
He seems to be grabbing lower (toward the heel of his foot) than the typical middle of the calf if it was the calf that was injured. And it happened was he was putting pressure on it while trying to get back to the ball.

Usually the way it happens.. Foot already flexed, no forward momentum, and then a very quick decision to push off and lunge forward

Was hard to watch that.
Not a huge fan of him, and hate the celtics, but hope it isn't too serious and he recovers fast.
