2 things. First while Black Culture in America is definitely a problem it is nowhere near as deviant from the primary culture as Islam is from Western culture
Second to the Muslim birth rate is about 35% higher than native Brits. If you continue bringing them in and couple that with the substantial birth rate difference then yes it's too goddamn late. And even if you stop bringing them in it's probably too God damn late. Because the Muslim birth rate is going to stay higher than the domestic birth rate barring something earth-shattering happening
