I mean, we are all questioning Eyanson getting pulled, then giving up the run rule after the top of the inning- great momentum for Arky heading into tomorrow...

UNTIL

You lose on a walk off strikeout! Talk about wind out your sails!

LOVE THIS TEAM!

Guess who is waiting for Arkansas tomorrow for their reward? Casan Evans

We broke Arkansas last night. They came out flat and listless. After Brown bombed them the second time they were just going through the motions

Imagine a D1 catcher spiking a throw like 40 feet

Who does Evans face tomorrow?

Not sure, but I like my chances with Evans. I think Cowan can pitch 1 inning even though some people think it’s unheard of to throw about 60-65 pitches total over a weekend.

Uh, no we ALL aren’t. Some of us actually understand why.

He was at 91, up TWELVE, with a short week ahead of him. Not to mention they may be a little gun shy with what happened with Kade last night.

Don’t be dumb.

Not everyone.

Short week
12 pt lead
Kade with a sensitive wrist
Eyanson at 90* pitches

It was the right call. Not even close.

Brady Neal could have done better than that.

Lots of fans told me this Arkansas team was good.

So far, they couldn't make a throw from short CF to home with slow arse Jared Jones on base, and their catcher couldn't make a throw to 3rd.

Not impressed for the 7th ranked baseball team.

It is all hindsight now. Y’all are acting like he will be on 2 days of rest. He could have EASILY started the 7th and just pull him if he gives up a hit or walk. To say EA could have kept pitching is not an asinine statement. a large percentage of coaches would have left him in. We gave up 3 runs and honestly, were lucky to only give up 3. Then even luckier in the bottom half.

Sorry. Run. The game was over. I’d mentally shifted to my match tomorrow morning.

Thanks

Plan to win quickly, have a cocktail with the ladies then make it home to watch the sweep with my husband and kiddo. Fantastic Mothers Day.
