Everyone goes crazy when we do 1/4 head wedge salads with Cousin’s Creole Tomato dressing, extra sweet grape tomatoes sliced in half, thick bacon lardons, chives, blue cheese crumbles, everything bagel seasoning, and balsamic glaze.

Beautiful presentation and so delicious.

Something about that combo is magic. Simple but delicious.

What's great about serving for guests is you can make the salad and put the bowls in the fridge chilling while last minute meal prep is happening. Guess that's true for any salad but a wedge needs to be super cold imo.

What I am actually making tonight for my mom et al:

Sensation salad

Roasted beef tenderloin with crisped smashed new potatoes in dijon pan sauce with marsala mushrooms

Roasted carrots

Roasted whole green beans with bacon and brown sugar

Homemade blueberry pound cake with Meyer lemon glaze and creme fraiche

Not full course, but we will likely be satisfied.
