I get these sometimes after spending too much time in the bathroom

But, unlike K-ade, you can switch hands. Try it sometime - it's like having a completely different chick. Uh, so I've been told.

I can’t. I’m incredibly uncoordinated. Looks like I’m flapping a wing, allegedly.

wrist cramp?
Have any of our other pitchers all year had a wrist cramp? Is this a common thing you see in MLB?
Not sure I buy this. I hope I’m wrong.

I’d lot rather hear that than Jay saying something is likely torn and will probably sit him the remainder of year lol

I would keep him in a routine but keep his pitch count very limited like 40 the next 2 weeks.

Not saying it isnt a cramp, but there is a zero chance jay would come out with something negative about it to the media. He is always coy about injuries

It might be wise to give Anderson the week off
He’s had a heavy workload and he can start game 1 of tourney

You can handle usc without him
Schmidt is gonna need some work before regionals
You don’t want him sitting a month

Have shoulder surgery. Then you’ll learn how to do it out of necessity.
