If tweet fails to load, click here. DUE PROCESS for DUMMIES….
Did you enter the U.S. legally? If Yes > Due Process
Did you enter the U.S. legally? If No > Get Out.

If you entered the country illegally, you have no argument.

Speaking of, “Due Process for Dummies,” (the irony, here
Being asked the question, “Did you enter the US legally?” and having the opportunity to answer the question (or charges that one did not enter the US legally) before a lawful, fact-finding entity is due process.
You’ve affirmed Senator Lankford’s position. He thanks you. He’s not saying they should have a jury trial.
Without due process, the government could even deport you… just because. They could say you are an illegal immigrant and remove you without ever giving you the opportunity to so much as show a birth certificate or driver’s license.
Is that what you want?
Now, whether or not due process of law applies to illegal aliens is up for debate. And on this issue, I’m fine with deporting illegal immigrants- just put them on a bus or plane, no questions asked. But, keep in mind that doing so means the government can just declare you an illegal alien and deport you, too.
Trump is in office and hopefully we get 8 years of Vance. But, the next Biden administration may take this to the extreme.
So, what’s the answer? I don’t know. For now, I say deport the illegals, anyway, and we’ll deal with whatever comes when we get there.
But, I understand the concern of some on the issue. If you don’t, you’re just fricking retarded.

This was the clown Democrats would say help draft a "Great Bipartisan Immigration Reform Bill"
As you can see we are screwed with these people. The Uniparty is real and they don't work for Americans. Look at that RINO POS Kemp who is not running for the Senate seat now. It is all deliberate

Anyone ever consider that the process is of itself the deportation process

Nope.
he wants more “opportunity for someone to be able to make an argument before they are removed”
Answering a yes or no question is not an argument.
Try Again….

You deport them and then they can appeal from Mexico. Obviously, they'll have to take a number.

From Wikipedia…all I need to know about that heretic.

I guess he’d give a chance for the burglar leaving his house with loads of his stuff a chance to make his argument right?

I live in Oklahoma and I, along with a lot of other MAGA people, have been trying to get this guy primaried for a long time.
The problem is he's a former Baptist camp administrator. The Baptists are set in their ways and won't get rid of him.

The problem is that Biden/Dems muddied the legal waters with their pseudo-Asylum BS. The Supreme Court would have to address this, but we know how they stand. So, the cred of our former very efficient system goes down. And the Marxist celebrate with glee.

Goddamn. I’ll bet you vote, too.
He’s saying they should be given the opportunity to answer the question before a lawful, fact-finding entity with proper authority… and it doesn’t need to be complicated. He’s not saying they should have a jury trial.
Simplifying (for you)…If ICE picks up a person without any documentation that they suspect of being here illegally, they go before an immigration judge to answer the question, “Are you here illegally?” At that point, if they’re here legally, they can produce documents and evidence to that effect (an argument). If they’re not, they get on the plane.
That due process.
You are one stupid son of a bitch…. and calling other people idiots.

I think they deserve about 2 minutes of due process

Langford most famous for signing off on the "bipartisan" border bill. It was the democrats' wet dream, ie, roadmap to citizenship for illegals. If he had any balls he would not have put his approval on that bill.

Enter ANY other country in the World illegally and see what kind of due process you get. Hell, some probably just shoot you to save time.

Like throwing citizens in jail without due process?
Btw, due process wasn’t used to deport people under Obama.
So we’ve already had Democrat presidents that ignore due process.

He pretends to be a Baptist Minister. I think he is just a garden variety moron.

Would that be "legal" aliens or "illegal" aliens. Only one of those appears to be subject to the jurisdiction (and protection) of the US legal system. The other is subject to the jurisdiction (and protection) of the country from which they came...by other than legal means.
