I wish these senators and congressman would worry less about their little popcorn fart gotcha moments and start putting pen to fricking paper.

A strong worded letter is in store.
Love the hair and burns Mr. Gill.

Strongly worded statement right before nothing happens. Those are my favorite.

In club meets in the 90s you could see coed fencing matching experience and ability but once you left the club level it went to divisions based on gender/abilities/ranking. And women could fight up but males could not fight down.

Nah put heat on him. If we just say nothing will happen then we have given in to this douche and more to come. It’s time to stop this bullshite

Gill is one of the young stars on the right.
First time in a long time that I feel like we have some depth in the bullpen.

starting with getting serious about cutting the budget, working on a Constitutional amendment to limit political donations, putting term limits on all branches of government and banning stock trading by Congress except for ETFs that track the broad market.
I wonder why none of that is going to happen?

Maybe because instead of supporting conservatives, some of you do nothing but look for new enemies inside the tent?
Because yall will say that nothing they do matters?
If they actually cut the budget, you'll be asking, "Yeah, but why aren't they auditing the fed and returning to the gold standard?"
A bunch of posters here don't actually want anything done, because they'd rather whine about being betrayed and how nothing matters and nothing makes a difference.
It's either a defeatist attitude, or yall really don't want anything done. Never fail to claim defeat!

I agree with this sentiment, but if you look at what's happened recently with PBS, the university presidents and various other private entities when they've gotten skewered and made to look stupid (in this case evil) in congress, there have actually been some repercussions. I

He definitely has potential. Says all the right things and has voted along the lines of what he says thus far. Here's to hoping that Texas got this one right, after giving us Eyepatch McNoname.
The abeyance and loneliness of being principled conservatives like MTG and Gill in Congress, must be a difficult thing to endure. It takes a special kind of person to stand strong when even "your own team" is against you.
