What's the best in your opinion?
Having a boil this weekend and wanna try something like Cajun Land or Two Step Complete Boil.
ETA: Normally use the canister of Louisiana Fish Fry brand.

I like Louisiana Fish Fry products' powdered boil and add some Zatarain's liquid to it.
I didn't see the edit in time.

I’m a fan of swamp dust

The two step boil from stakekracker is surprisingly good. I have used it a few times now.

Do you follow it up with a liquid?

I'm impartial to Slap Ya Mama + Chackbay.
All of the powdered boil seasonings are pretty good. Zataran's is probably my least favorite.

Will be in Lafayette tomorrow and will give that a try on the shrimp.

I do a circuit every season but I usually end up back at Louisiana. Has the best flavor to me or maybe its just what I'm used to. I do add some salt though.

I’ve used Cajunland forever.
Last year tried Swamp dust and like it too maybe better but not by much.

I like trying different ones.
Cajun Ninja powder had a ton of flavor, wasnt very spicy.
I like Geaux Creole, but it seems whatever new formula they are using removed the bay leaves (or put them into powder) and its just different. I like the old stuff with the bay leaves.

Can you find Cajun Ninja in stores where you are located?

It's surprisingly good. It's almost double the price of Louisiana Fish Fry though.
Now that Louisiana Fish Fry has gone back to the "Original Recipe" and not the cost cutting recipe they used last year, it's much better.

I always add a few of the Zatarain's Boil in Bags just for nostalgia's sake.

We try a few of them every year, but keep coming back to Louisiana Cajun Fire

Same here.
Last boil couple weeks ago I noticed the shrinkflation with the bag size, now like 2/3 the size of before.
