The park will not be owned or operated by Dusney. Disney is only designing and overseeing construction. They will have no monetary input only revenue from licensing

This makes sense since Disney owns some of the rights to the Flintstones and everyone knows people in Dubai don't like the Flintstones but those in Abu Dhabi do.

It's too hot there to be outside nearly half the year. I can't see this working unless it's an indoor concept.

This is either never going to happen or it's going to be scaled down so much that it won't resemble a 'park' in any way. This is a bone for the shareholders and they'll gladly keep eating it apparently

Unfortunately for you and lots of other posters, in Muslim-majority countries, homosexuality is illegal, and in some cases, punishable by death. However, there are also some examples of inclusive mosque communities and individuals who offer support and acceptance to LGBTQ+ Muslims but most likely not in Abu Dhabi.
