I do not know enough as to being a potential CIA asset but gathering information and filming certainly as well as knowledge of the act these people were performing on children
It is also going to be the unseemly side of Hollywood and probably acknowledge Kevin Spacey and all of those people diddling children

A lot of prominent political figures have been linked to his parties. Whether they were "those" parties or regular fully-clothed parties we don't know.
