Retread hires generally dont work out

Coaches failed at their last stop usually for a reason

In today's shitty CFB landscape its less about coaching and more about who is writing checks sadly, so even if his failure at Nebraska had nothing to do with coaching, UCF's success will not be due to his coaching but more so who can bankroll their roster.

4.4 mil a year is a little more than SEC DC money

I fully believe Urban Meyer took the Jags job solely for the buyout and intended to get fired from day one

People keep watching, that’s the payday for all. Doesn’t matter how shitty of a team.

He fricked up bigtime then. Left college right when the contracts started exploding and making his Jacksonville money look like broke boy money.

If Urban wanted to coach college again, he'd have a $10 million/year with huge buyout ready to be signed tomorrow.

And people think the players shouldn’t be getting paid.

This isn’t a retread hire, it’s a re-hire (of someone previously successful there), and these I believe these generally work out more than they don’t.

pretty funny that Frost is replacing the guy he beat in his last game as UCF HC.

I couldn’t imagine having such a simplistic view on this situation
